Uppingham Shotokan Karate Club,Uppingham Sports Centre

My son and I have been attending Uppingham karate club for a number of weeks now and really enjoy it! The club is very friendly and professional and Mr. Hogan and his wife are excellent instructors. Highly recommend. Mrs. Sloan

Absolutely wonderful!! My son joined a year ago and his confidence has grown so much, the discipline learnt through karate has also helped him at school. Mr & Mrs Hogan are wonderful people / teachers who are kind and patient which makes the whole experience even better. I couldn’t recommend the group enough!!!

This is a fantastic club to be part of, myself and my son have been training here for 6 years now and both enjoy all aspects of class. Sensei Hogan is a brilliant and patient instructor. He is assisted by Mrs Hogan who is kind and very supportive. The classes are welcoming, grade based and a mix of adults and children. If you've ever fancied giving karate a go I can highly recommend coming along on a Monday evening.

Both my daughters have been training here for 5 years and have really enjoyed every lesson. Mr and Mrs Hogan are very encouraging, helpful and competent teachers. The club has always been welcoming and is a fantastic place to study karate.

My wife, two sons and I joined the club 7 years ago and have found it to be a great and friendly club for all abilities. Sensei Hogan (4th Dan) is amazing. He is an extremely experienced and patient instructor. His wife also helps with the classes, which is inspirational for the female members. They are both dedicated to sharing their knowledge of karate. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this club.
