  • I go to Hiit Mondays and Circuit Thursdays it's the first classes that I actually enjoy and Sarah pushes us all and changes the routines and excercise up every month so it's always different . It's a great little studio and it's a friendly atmosphere non intimidating and good fun !

  • I have been going to Sarah’s classes for 3 months now and have really been enjoying them. Such a range of different people and fitness levels and because the classes are so small you really get the most out of them, also so less intimidating than a big full gym. I have been having one personal training session a week, they are so affordable in comparison to other trainers and Sarah has helped me reach my goals and also 2 inches off my thighs and hips!   • LOVE Uplift You Fitness! Sarah is a great instructor that helps even if you're a complete beginner to fitness classes and will help adjust things accordingly. One to one PT sessions are great and I love the fun and motivation of the classes too. I would 100% recommend Sarah and all in a non intimidating studio too.

  • Sarahs classes are fab! she is great at motivating and really making you feel like you've had a good workout. I've used her HIIT & kettle bells classes and would highly recommend.
