I've enjoyed Tara's classes immensely. She makes sure that everyone's needs are met and is mindful of the need to adapt exercises for those who have reduced mobility/disabilities. She ensures that all participants are included.

Love UPLIFT classes. I have been going to Tara's Uplift classes for over 2 years. Her dance exercise routines really work the whole body .Tara will give us alternatives to make us work harder,if we want to or if we can and there is no pressure or judgement. Pure fun fitness.

Tara is an inspiration to us all. She puts her heart and soul into all her routines and makes it fun! I live in Spain, so I do her online workouts and some of the workouts are 10, 20 and 30 mins and they work! If you want to get fit for the summer or just feel great about yourself, why not have a look at her online workouts if you can't make it to the 'live' ones! Highly recommended.

Tara’s classes online and in person are excellent. She offers options for all abilities and always make you feel included and that you’re doing well. She’s an inspiring, friendly and approachable instructor who is worth her weight in gold. I’d definitely recommend Uplift to anyone interested in getting fitter.

I was recommended to check out Tara's Paracise classes by a wonderful fitness trainer in our area, who knew that I had enjoyed ballroom dancing for many years when I was younger. Oh my word what a recommendation that proved to be. Tara's classes are a tonic for wellbeing. Her easy, positive manner and gentle teaching style leave me smiling every session.
