Our daughter has been riding with Uplands for 6 weeks. The team are amazing at what they do. She loves her time there. Today, we had her birthday party with Sam and her team. My 7 year old niece went to Uplands today for a half hour private riding session. Sam took the session and was absolutely outstanding - she gave her nearly an hour! She was kind, patient and great fun. My husband, who has experience of riding instructors, said she was a cut above the rest. Sam and her team are amazing! My daughter was immediately welcomed and joined a group class when she started a year ago and I have since taken other young people to Sam for their first ever ride and she is amazing with all of them! Can’t do enough to make them welcome and comfortable!

Sam and her team are just wonderful. This family run riding school is so warm and welcoming to new and nervous riders. My son was very keen to take up riding and has been riding on and off with Sam for over a year now and he has gone from strength to strength. His confidence and belief in himself via her methods of teaching have sky rocketed! I would definitely recommend Uplands.

Sam is warm hearted, friendly and a fantastic teacher. I took my 10 year old son (very confident - perhaps overly so) and my nervous 6 year old daughter. She tailored her instruction perfectly and got my daughter to be brave. We all had a great time. Very friendly atmosphere from the whole community at this school.
