This company kept my £600 deposit for a course after I lost my job and could no longer attend. They also changed the terms of the contract and days when the course took place. There was no option to defer the course. They even filled my place on the course so they lost nothing. Totally unwilling to even give back a penny. They took advantage of me when I was down. An extremely unpleasant experience.
