  • I joined Paul's Bootcamp classes last August and I have never looked back, it is the first fitness class I have actually stuck to and enjoy going to! The sessions are great, they are fun as well as challenging and Paul gives options for different levels depending on your ability.   • Having not done any fitness training for over 30 years I was looking for something to get my interest rather than just going to the gym. Paul's Bootcamp did just that. I found that fitness can be fun as well as improving my overall health. I now go 3 times a week and look forward to not only the exercise but the fun and friendship from all the others that go. I cannot recommend Up and Outdoor Fitness enough
