My girls love going to kickboxing it’s given them lots of confidence, and gave my youngest confidence to speak while going through speech therapy, and helping her with her anger aswell and my eldest has gained lots of confidence in school and the girls school are also pleased with how much they have changed. Absolutely fantastic place for children of all ages to learn discipline, gain confidence and to look after themselves but at the same time make new friends and have fun! Also a great place for adults to keep fit and learn new skills. The coaches are great and really helpful! 100% recommend!
