5 stars doesn't do Unit 7 justice! I row for Mersey Rowing Club and we contacted Unit 7 to see if we could attend a circuit class there. After a discussion with Kane about our goals, they offered to arrange a private class for us, which all who attend from our club, absolutely love! A great place to train with the best equipment. The coaches are always friendly and welcoming - there is lots of different abilities within the gym and you can see everyone gets a personal experience. The Unit 7 have created a great community who all empower you!

I am in my 40s, have had a knee condition since I was 8 and was terrified for going to the gym! On a whim I message Unit 7 thinking already it wasn't going to work for me. Unit 7 is not only a friendly, welcoming and unpretentious environment but all the trainers are dedicated to pushing you to reach your goals in the most supportive way possible. Fantastic experience all round at this gym and with my trainer Laurent. Very friendly team and welcoming atmosphere, especially for someone relatively inexperienced in strength training. I trained with Laurent for 3 months and began my journey completely clueless about how to exercise or achieve my goals.
