I can't sleep thinking of the way I was treated at this place yesterday the 10th April. Had microblading done by Francesca Day turned out that 4 days later eyebrows fell off. She asked me if I wanted my money back on the phone when I called as per agreed on the phone I go there couple of days later and was asked to leave the shop because it's my fault that the eyebrows fallen off. I've been having my eyelash extensions done here for almost 6 months and I couldn't recommend it enough. They always look amazing and everyone that works here is so lovely, instantly making you feel welcome and giving you their full time and attention with what ever treatment you may be having. This salon has it all covered from head to toe. First appointment was for lashes, now have brows, microdermabrasion facials that leave my skin glowing. Nails I have gels my friend has acrylics, hair got that in house as well, totally love this place and the staff. Getting voucher for Christmas for a 3d lipo course to blast that tummy fat!!!
