Loving my sessions and always feel 2 inches taller after a class. Such a great way to look after our bodies and support not only our posture but also our mental health and wellbeing. Lovely instructor with lots of knowledge of body systems and great groups with lots of humour. You leave classes feeling calm, revived and ready for the week ahead. Adaptions suggested by Susan help me to feel fully included despite having issues with my knees.

Great local yin yoga classes. I am a beginner and Susan explains everything very clearly and shows different options for all levels of experience and ability. Lovely for a relaxation and friendly atmosphere

I have been attending this class for a few months and thoroughly enjoy it. I am 71 years old and haven't done yin yoga before but can recommend it to anyone who would like to give it a try. Susan can modify and adapt everything to keep you comfortable and safe. Since starting classes, I feel more relaxed and can practice breathing exercises at home after a stressful day.
