Amazing results! In the UBC 6 week program I lost 10kgs. I also learnt some key factors in healthy nutrition which I can now use moving forward. The group training sessions were very good and always varied with lost of encouragement from the coaches. Highly recommend!

The quality of the coaching and session layout here speaks for itself! Been training for a few years but joining UBC gave me the push and motivation I needed to get my conditioning and fitness levels back on track! Andy and his team are so knowledgeable and helpful that any queries on training, diet etc are usually dealt with on the spot, and the facilities are fantastic.

I started at UBC 4 weeks ago after seeing their ad for the 6 week transformation and in just that amount of time I can already see such a change in my fitness, strength, stamina and body shape. Even my self esteem is soaring after being at rock bottom. Everyone I’ve meet at the training sessions are so welcoming and encouraging. There are definitely no ‘gym egos’ here. The training sessions are so varied and Andy & Joe are great motivators. Thank you for getting me back on track guys!!!

I joined UBC in January 2018 and I've got to say I'm now addicted to training and eating healthier (something I never thought possible). I can honestly say I've gone from a junk food out the packet person to cooking some healthy tasty recipes.
