The single most crooked bank on the planet! I invested $11k in MORL which is a leveraged mortgage etf. They chose the worst possible time to redeem the etf and it lost over 90% of its value! Class action suit is coming. Don’t invest nor transact with them. They deserve to go under

Worst customer service in Europe. I was a customer for over 10 years, and they treated my like I committed some crime, froze my account even after I provided documentation as requested. Staffed full or young, arrogant french posers proud of their suit, title and the rolex on their wrist and trying to justify their positions. This bank does not respect their customers, they treat everyone with suspicion, while acting as Mobutu's bankers. Disgusting. STAY AWAY.

They do not take your concerns seriously. I have been trying to get my account transferred to a different branch as well as a new advisor for about three weeks and nothing has been done. Phone call after phone call after phone call and I just get someone will get back to you by the end of the week. This bank is only out for themselves unfortunately
