I started Richard's early morning circuit training classes in the new year and thoroughly enjoy them. Each class is different and Richard ensures each exercise is done correctly and that we all work hard. As someone who has joined the gym many times and been intermittent in terms of keeping fit I would highly recommend Richard and Typhoon Fitness

I am writing this during week 5 of training with Richard at Typhoon and OMG I am transformed! I have been out of the habit of exercise for too long, I used to dread going to the gym so did couch to 5k in 2018, building up to 10k but I learned to hate that too as it just didn't ever get easier. Training with Richard and Typhoon is so so so different. I no longer dread or avoid exercise.
