  • I’ve PT’d with Jamie for a year now and prior to this, used his online coaching service. Since training with Jamie, I have gained the healthiest relationship I’ve ever had with food, learnt how to truly live a balanced lifestyle, and become stronger/built a lot of confidence with my weight training. Training with Jamie is a non negotiable for me and I really do believe you can’t put a price on your health. The best investment you can make.

  • I have been training with Sam at TWPT for almost 6 years now, I started doing 2 sessions a week and ended up increasing it to 5 sessions a week. Sessions are always varied and never boring and every week I still feel myself getting stronger. I have tried lots of different gyms and exercise classes and have never got the same results as I have at TWPT, by far the best gym in Tunbridge wells. Everyone there is friendly and encouraging and it’s a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

During your consultation you’ll be allocated to the trainer best suited to achieving your goals. I always used to be self-conscious about my body shape and overall conditioning.
