Absolutely terrible would never go again staff were rude and lake in terrible condition only upside was leaving

Went a look at the lake stunning . plenty of fish showing the guy's fishing were all nice and helpful will give it a good shot and let you know how I get on

Beautiful syndicate lake turned over to day tickets aswell, nice Tench, hard fishing, no one caught while I was there so as for Carp???

No toilet paper ... They had run out! Only food available ... Burgers ... Oh but sorry, no ketchup ... Yes you guessed it ... They had run out!

Mmm, not been open long, hardly anybody in (7 -- 10) sat nite, food was good but not enough choice on the menu, clean & tidy but as I say not been open long, comfortable lounge /bar area, toilets clean (gents) but waste bin all rusty & let it down. Not over impressed, but it's early days & needs to get known & on the map as it were.
