  • I have been training with Tom for a good while now, he is professional and very knowledgeable, but at the same time makes you comfortable and at ease. My sessions are perfect for me and I always leave feeling worked and accomplished.

Tom’s an excellent personal trainer very professional, friendly, and made me work hard! As well as creating me a fitness plan he helped me with nutritional plan.
