Tom has been super during my time doing the super women 28 programme. As someone who struggles to get motivated due to my work and small child Tom has really took the time to get me motivated and doing fitness videos at the time I was home and family settled which was super! Always checking in seeing if I am doing ok giving me easy healthy recipes to cook. Also telling me that I can enjoy a takeaway or eat out with family just count it in my calories and do all the exercises that we went over...

We have been taking classes with Tom for a while now - his classes are lively and fun but also give you a good workout! Tom provides great workouts and brings his great sense of humour and fun to the sessions. Very friendly and supportive.

Tom is approachable and so easy to work with! Just finished an 8 week better body programme and lost 19.5 inches!! Tom offers great programmes that work and offers the right amount of support. From diet plans to motivation he offers the full package! Workouts are made fun and always felt like i had achieved something after each session! Will defo work with Tom again!! ππΌπͺπͺ

I have used T W fitness for both boot camp classes and as a personal trainer; I have achieved great weight and inch losses each time. Tom is really friendly and easy to get along with as well as supportive to help you reach your goals.
