The owner and founder of Team Stewart Training is Harry Stewart. He has over 30 years experience in his field of personal training but offers much more. The new facility he has in Lisburn is first class and offers a range of 1-1 services along with personalised small group PT sessions at an affordable price. I cannot reccommend him highly enough.
