True Pawtential

We took our 10 week old border terrier to puppy classes , and they were brilliant. Small class sizes and lots of time for questions , with a video and fact sheet post class so could practice at home .

We used True Pawtential for puppy training classes for our labrador. We were first time dog owners and Nikki was just lovely explaining everything in easy to follow steps using positive reinforcement. She even sent me some videos to practice at home when I asked for some advice on a certain behaviour. The classes helped immensely in training our pup to be the lovely dog he is now. You know that Nikki and Jane have a real love and passion for pooches. Highly recommended.

A trainer that actually makes sense. We have worked with Jane for a number of years. First to support our dog that had been attacked by another dog and had many issues, we worked on managing his fear around other dogs before we sadly lost him to cancer. Jane and Nikki are brilliant and teach calmly and with confidence. We attended the puppy course and puppy survival course online as still in restrictions zone. We had notes, videos, zoom meetings and both Nikki and Jane were very efficient in replying to emails. Couldn't ask for any more, Amber our puppy has learned a lot of useful commands and I have learnt how to understand and respond to a new puppy in a positive way.
