Very enjoyable bootcamp sessions Tuesday and Thursday 7.00pm great personal trainer and people who attended regularly. Reasonable fees.

I go there for keep fit and line dancing. A great hall upstairs. Great community hub with yoga, lunch and chat for elderly learn computor and other stuff
