I have been coached by Vicki for the last 18 months and her coaching has made a massive difference to me. I definitely wouldn't have hit my target of breaking a 4 hour marathon without her help. Great support and advice on technique and nutrition. Would recommend highly to anyone from those just starting out to those well advanced in their fitness journey.

I have been coached by Lynda for triathlon for the past 9 months. I've been coached by the Tri & Run team for a number of years. Initially being a novice to running I wanted a plan that allowed me to hit my goals whilst not losing my love of running. Thanks to Tri & Run I've surpassed my goals and even completed an ultra marathon. Tri & Run have ensured that I can train hard, achieve my goals and still love running.

I've been coached by Vicky for the last 2 months and the results have been incredible. She's helped me achieve personal bests in 5k and 10k, aswell as giving me great advice around nutrition, strength and conditioning and the benefits of different types of training. She's helped me find a love for running again and I can't recommend her enough.
