I've been working out with Joe Mabbutt as a PT for about 10 months, about one session a week. My goal was an ambitious one: losing 2 stones in a year without fundamental changes to my diet. I’d never stepped foot in a gym before my first PT session. Joe made me feel at ease straight away, he makes the sessions fun, and he has a lot of knowledge not only with physical training but nutrition and mental health too. Great motivator and great guy to work with to help to reach your goals. Highly recommend!

Been an online client with Joe for 3 months now and I’m already seeing some amazing results. I told him want I wanted to achieve and he’s delivered! He’s supported me every step of the way, answered every question and query no matter how big or small and is a champion motivator! Been training with Joe since May last year, my phobia of anything non-cardio in the gym was gone in the first session! Joe is amazing and pushes me every session. Workouts with him are always fun. Gives great advice and support in training and nutrition. Also love the app which has all my training plans & group chat in it to keep me motivated. Would recommend him to anyone!

Joe is a superb PT, fun to work with and ready to either help you achieve personal goals or be mindful of any injuries that may inhibit an invigorating workout. Totally recommend him and plan to continue doing so for a good while yet!
