Transformation Gym Redditch

Having undertaken a program of 20 sessions, I'm so pleased with the results! 2 stone down, 2.5" off my waist, I feel (and look!) much much better after a "COVID Lockdown Lull" and have found a PT who works with me towards my goals! Highly recommend Gav & the Transformation Gym! Anne-Marie.

Great trainer, great motivator. I’ve started working with Gavin 4 weeks ago and I already went from 54 kg to 57 kg and from being depressed from a lost boxing match to be fully motivated to get better and stronger. Aside from being a trainer Gav is just a great person who been through a lot, he understands other peoples struggle and tries his best to help. Went to see Gavin at transformation gym as he is selling home equipment. Great guy, great service and he also threw a t-shirt and protein in as I'm an NHS employee 🙂

The gym great and has an environment to feel comfortable in, offering 1-1 sessions. Gavin has great knowledge and Is very patient. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Gavin at Transformation gym offers great PT at what I think is a great price for the results you get. You have the benefit of training 1 on 1 in a private studio so for those who don't really like busy gyms this is a real plus. For me Gavin really focused on getting your mindset and nutrition right as well as physical fittness. I no that he offers expertese that cater for many goals and different fitness levels.
