I Can’t commend Jason enough for his efforts whilst being on the T12 plan. He was always there with encouragement and guidance along the way. So two things I have gained out of this experience... I have lost my weight and gained a friend Thanks mate 🙏

I’ve been training with Jase for 6 months + and will continue to do so in the future; Having started the gym with no knowledge or confidence, I’m now studying to become a PT myself and my anxieties are much more regulated and manageable. I have been training with Jason for about 7 years and have completed several T12 plans.. My training sessions range from boxing (which I love) to strength and resistance. Every session is hard work but Jason always brings the fun element and encourages you to do that little bit more... Or 2 more.
