I can’t recommend this place highly enough, Sean and the team (Shannon, Harry and Jake) are brilliant and really supportive. I couldn't recommend this place and program enough! I never ever liked boot camp style training and I'm no good in a gym, if I'm tired I just stop! But this is such fun. Everyone's so friendly and encouraging. It's not a chore at all and I actually look forward to each session, again which I never thought I'd say about training.. plus I can see results! BIG results! Both mentally and physically! I'd defo recommend trying it, and you'll never look back!

When I first got in contact with Sean I was so nervous, my anxiety was through the roof. Sean was amazing and invited me down to see everything and how it worked before hand so I knew the layout which helped me so much. This place is amazing!
