My eight sessions with Louise have renewed my faith in mindfulness. Although I had some experience of mindfulness, Louise taught me new ways to practise. I so enjoyed my sessions - Louise is a very calm, sincere and kind individual who I found a real inspiration. Her down-to-earth, warm manner helped me to relax and really ‘get into’ my practice, I also enjoyed my ‘check-ins’ which reminded me how important it is to find some time for myself! I booked the 1-2-1, 8 week mindfulness programme, which Louise runs from her amazing studio.
