  • I don’t particularly enjoy the gym, but having PT sessions with Tariq really helped me overcome the mental barriers to coming to the gym. Tariq is not only very knowledgeable about fitness, complementary dietary advice and creating workout plans, but he is also very committed to helping you see your results! He is also very personable and engaged, which made working out challenging work outs still feel fun and rewarding.

  • The best PT I’ve trained with to date. Sessions are well thought out and planned. Price point very reasonable. Felt completely comfortable during our session even when I struggled or was not able to complete sets. Very knowledgeable and serious about form which is important for me as it prevents injury or in my case irritation of previous injuries. Overall would highly recommend.
