I started to train with Roland from the end of 2019 face to face and continued to do online sessions during the lockdown. I was trying to get back in shape after 2 back to back pregnancies. He has not just perfectly tailored the exercises to my needs but was able to work around my motivation rollercoaster. He has the uncanny knack for noticing an individual’s needs, whether personal or fitness-related. Roland’s professionalism, flexibility and integrity towards his clients are top-end.

Roland is an excellent personal trainer. He takes the time to understand your goals and then tailors the sessions to achieve them. For me, I wanted a personal trainer to supplement my football: improving agility, speed as well as mobility and injury prevention. I've ended up training with him for the best part of a year because I've enjoyed it so much. He will also offer nutrition advice, film your sessions (which make them easy to repeat on your own) and create a schedule for you to follow. ...

If you think you know how to do squats YOU ARE WRONG! Roland will show you why. He is a really great trainer that will ensure your technique is on point and will take the effort and time to get your body moving correctly and aligned to your specific needs. Responsive, motivating and the dude knows his stuff! The humour comes for free too!

Roland is an amazing personal trainer! this is not just a great review, it is a feedback from someone who used to think personal training is only for some kind of people...well apparently I was wrong! Roland is the best trainer because he is highly motivated and caring, and will always push you to work harder and be a better version of yourself. Every training session I have had with him, I have left feeling very accomplished and fulfilled. The training exercises are creative and original, and the technique and form you are taught is exceptional. Overall great experience! Highly recommend
