  • I love Tanya's bootcamp. Every single one is different and it challenges you. The atmosphere is fun and engaging. She gives an advice on workout and corrects if performing incorrectly. Tanya also has a very good knowledge of body, how the muscle groups are working. Any question I asked about my injuries or muscle cramps I have, Tanya had an answer and suggestion what to do. She is also very positive and kind person. 100% recommend.
