Mike has helped me get back into a healthy gym routine. He pushed me when I needed to and helped me get back into a better shape after the pandemic. He is great at communicating plans, goals, he is supportive an encouraging and really fun to work with. I recommend him highly

Mikes is an outstanding trainer. Any fears or anxiety you might have about the gym is quickly put to bed with his personable attitude, focus and knowledge. He puts in 100% during any session and is always on hand out of hours to discuss injuries, nutrition or anything else you need. I went to him with a very specific need and quickly began to see results. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I went to Mike because I was looking to improve and evolve my fitness and weight training beyond what I felt like I was achieving alone. I wanted guidance and focussed sessions to really push myself and Mike provided exactly that. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great energy. I always finished a session feeling positive and like I’d worked really hard. Highly recommend!

I contacted Mikes as I wanted to get into strength training and hadn't been to a gym for quite a few years. He has been patiently working with me for the past few months, showing me how to do different exercises with both free weights and gym machines correctly and with good form.
