  • For the past five years I have been having training with Greg at Training Unity. The classes are a maximum of four people. He is thoughtful and caring. My fitness is maintained and muscle mass and bodily flexibility has been greatly improved. The classes can be tough but they are always fun. I would recommend Greg to anyone who wishes to maintain or improve their strength and fitness.

  • Greg is a rarity. He cares about the details, getting it right, understanding the unique issues of each of his clients and helping them address them.. all whilst motivating everyone. His classes are fun yet very hard work, everyone walks away knackered yet on cloud nine, and we are all stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile than ever before.

  • Well there is no way I thought I’d be able to do some of these exercises, so thrilled to see my strength growing under Greg’s supervision. Having suffered with many issues be it back, knee, neck….he has such great knowledge and works around them. It’s been a fantastic and fun ( well that may be stretching it!) way to get fitter and stronger. Thoroughly recommend!

  • I have been consistently training with Greg for more than 6 years and continue to reap rewards and improvements. Sessions have been mixed to keep it interesting and tailored to my specific requirements and balanced to match my level of fitness. Like any system, a lot depends on what you put in but with Greg and this system it is easier because of the variety and personal input. Highly recommended!

  • Greg is a fantastic trainer - well prepared for every session, lots of attention to technique and really pushes us hard. The sessions are varied and actually fun in a gruelling sort of way!! I’d recommend him to anyone looking to get stronger, fitter or just looking for a damn good workout.
