  • Positive: Good Customer Service Response, good discount, seamless process. Negative: However, I didn't receive a copy of the 'Managing a Successful project with prince2 handbook'. Also on the ILX study portal, it will be helpful to add more study question material for the Practitioner exam.

  • I signed up for a Change Management course in Cardiff in early July. The course was cancelled 5 days before it was supposed to commence with no indication of when it would actually occur. I have called and emailed countless times and finally was advised I would receive my 900 pound refund today 14 Sep 2018.   • I so wish I would have read the reviews first!!!! My experience with Training Creatively is shambolic! Like many others I am now finding out. I registered last week for the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner class room course , paid the full price only to be told in a flimsy email on Friday afternoon that the following week classroom training won't take place.   • I signed up to do my Agile Project Management training with Training Creatively and I must say it was an absolutely rewarding experience! I have previously trained with Knowledge Academy so I had very high expectations and they were all met. The trainer was so very knowledgeable and approachable! The course is quite intense, so to have such a knowledgeable and helpful trainer made it much easier! Already planning to do my next courses through this company. Great results!

  • Like some of the other reviews I had a course cancelled (Philip Wilkinson). I booked a course in Newcastle Upon Tyne, primarily because it was local and convenient. I was notified a few days prior to the course the there was a risk it would be postponed, but offering me an alternative location. I chose not to pursue the alternative and requested a refund.
