  • Confusing booking form. Arrogant and uncompromising response to attempts to rectify issues. No flexibility for delays or issues. Money most important forget customer service. Don’t touch with a barge pole.

  • Staff are great. And having you name mixed up can be rather annoying. Gained a lvl 1 English qualification. Just before coving hit the course ended haven't heard anything since. I guess I've learnt some things.

  • Superb training facility I recently sat my ATA Vda full course and can honestly say it was the most enjoyable, informative course I have ever sat. Allan the tutor is incredibly knowledgeable and knows the course inside out. I believe his superb coaching makes the difference. The course itself is challenging but Allan makes a great effort to build your confidence up to believe in yourself. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would strongly recommend training 2000 to all in the industry.

  • I had a training course booked for a delegate (ATA VDA) but despite confirming everything the booking co-ordinator gave a bulk booking to another company and bumped our delegate off the course. The next available is five months away in May. No apology and, apart from when we were able to talk to her at the end, she never dealt with our calls. Third booking, first two did do the ATA VDA (failed twice for no valid reason Nid never got feedback just another booking form!) but even then the admin...
