I love going to bootcamp because of the variety of exercise that Charlotte creates for us to do in each class. It is always fun and the people who come along are really friendly. The gym itself contains everything you need and the equipment is high quality. This is great for everyone of all levels and Charlotte will show you how to adapt the exercises to your ability and so you get the best results for you.

Charlotte listens to your goals and helps you with a realistic goal to meet them, she is positive, so knowledgeable and encouraging. Really helps you to push yourself in a friendly environment. The gym is always super clean and tidy with a variety of equipment which seems to always be growing!

I have been training with Charlotte for almost a year now and my strength and fitness has increased significantly. Charlotte has given me one of the best experiences, I have ever had in a fitness facility. She has helped me be more confident with in a gym environment and outside of it. I’ve tried and failed at many other facilities with different pt’s etc, and I just did not get anywhere until I stumbled across TBT. Charlotte has been my Personal Trainer now for 5 months. I have gone from no exercise to absolutely loving it. Charlotte takes time to assess your strengths and abilities and then plans each session for you. I have not been the easiest as I did not have a great deal of balance but thanks to Charlotte my whole body is now stronger and toning up nicely. I can honestly say that my health and well being has greatly improved.
