I've been seeing Kyron for over 4 years and since then I've lost 15kg of weight and feel amazing. I have more energy for my family, friends and patients and have a much better attitude to life. I used to see Kyron once a week but this year I've upped it to twice a week and the increased benefits are incredible. Highly recommend Kyron. A great guy and even better results!

I signed up with Kyron because although I have a lot of experience with weight training, I lost my mojo and haven’t done it in ages. I needed someone who will motivate me and get me back on track with exercising so I can shed some fat. Kyron has written me a plan and always pushes me during our sessions. It really is so helpful having someone who holds me accountable both with working out and nutrition too!

Kyron has been my PT for the last 4-5 weeks. I got a PT because I was finding it difficult to keep myself accountable to turn up to the gym and know nothing about lifting weights. Kyron has made me feel really comfortable and is very knowledgable. He’s been guiding me through what weight is best for me, rep range and form. It took a long time for me to sign up with Kyron. During the time we were in lockdown Kyron posted short informative videos which were knowledgeable and interesting. When I signed up to train with Kyron, he was encouraging and supportive. He has always been professional and ensures that while improving my fitness I am exercising safely. Kyron works hard at ensuring his clients benefit from his expertise increasing in health and fitness with safe tailor-made fun programs.

Kyron is a patient and professional coach who has helped me lose over a stone! I am often self conscious at the gym however Kyron has a way of making you feel at ease and have given me so much more confidence within myself and my gym ability.
