I've been working with Sarah for almost a year and absolutely love it. She wrote me a tailored training programme to help me complete a multiday ultra for the first time. She is friendly, approachable, attentive and supportive whilst giving you stretching targets to help you achieve your goals. I'm so glad I found her. Her coaching facility is brilliant too.

I have been training with Sarah for many years and through her hard work and tailored training combining strength and injury prevention, I have been able to go from not being able to run 1km to successfully completing a marathon distance trail run. I started training with Sarah after recovering from serious illness. She has tailored my exercises to my individual needs and helped me build my strength and flexibility. Sarah has identified specific exercises to help with a perennial back problem and then helps me build up my body to avoid further issues. I can't recommend her highly enough.
