Caitlin devised an excellent training programme and really helped bring about the improvements in my fitness that I was looking for. Her calm, motivational style combined with her in-depth knowledge of what types of exercise best develop certain muscle groups helps you reach those goals you thought would be impossible to achieve.

I have been looking for a PT for a while and whilst attending the gym I saw Caitlin was a PT there. I have been doing sessions with her since January and the results are amazing! I did buggy bootcamp with Caitlin and absolutely loved it! It was the first proper exercise I did postpartum and I felt totally confident to train with Caitlin due to her extensive knowledge in postpartum training and recovery. I started buggy bootcamp as I felt it would be a great way to ease myself back into exercise. Being able to bring my daughter along, meet some other local mums and get out in the fresh air was exactly what I needed! Caitlin’s a fantastic trainer, especially when it came to postnatal exercises - making sure we were never doing anything our bodies weren’t ready for. She was also incredibly patient and happy to adapt the sessions to keep the little ones happy too. Highly recommend!

I started with Caitlin throughout my pregnancy with the intention of keeping active but safe during my pregnancy. Caitlin was amazing creating personal plans, adapting to my ever changing body and aches. I was able to keep fit and active throughout the pregnancy and had very few aches and pains. Despite needing an emergency c section the anaesthetist commented how fit and strong I was.
