Was recommended by my chiropractor... He's very attentive to my needs and tailors workouts and practices for my fitness needs and conditions. Not only that but gives homework and workout you can do at home working towards the next session. Apart from that, he's genuinely a nice person, easy to get along with

Brett is a great PT with lots of knowledge also offering nutritional guidance. Great place to train, friendly and welcoming gym environment.

I was very apprehensive when joining as I was going into Train with Brett. But I was put immediately at ease not just by Brett, but the lovely people who made me feel welcome in the gym classes. Cannot recommend enough! Incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and capable PT - nursed me through a broken foot, and not only helped to speed up the recovery process but maintain a consistent level of fitness when I would otherwise probably have sat on the sofa for 6 weeks. Encouraging and motivational - would recommend to everyone (and I do!).
