A true professional running a genuine bussiness. I struggled with pain and weight managment after the birth of my second baby. In order to get moving again needed to feel comfortable and motivated. I also had to put my ego aside having previously been much more fit and able but at this time in my life be guided to start carefully. I feel that Tom was excellent in starting me on this journey. Tom has been a fantastic pt to me and I can’t recommend him enough. He set me some great workout plans, always ran through them with me in great depth in our sessions and adjusted accordingly, always patient and also gave some invaluable advice regarding my diet. The effect that I’ve really noticed gains since I started. Highly recommended.

My sister and I have been using Tom as a personal trainer for the last 5 months. He has given us great knowledge on how to work out efficiently and effectively. His approach is bespoke and personal, giving us both great confidence to take our sessions to a gym to continue our fitness journey. For me personally it has been a great break through for ongoing back pain, he has helped rebuild my back strength resulting in a stronger back and less pain! Would highly recommended.

Tom got me back to fitness after having a baby- he is super knowledgeable about how to train safely and effectively postpartum without picking up an injury. I was able to take my daughter to his gym which made it possible for me to start exercising again, and as a dad himself Tom was great with her too. I'd recommend Tom to anyone looking for personal training that takes everything into account- from nutrition to sleep to hormones to previous injuries, and especially to pregnant or postpartum...
