I have been training with Ben for over a year and his tailored programmes have certainly helped with all aspects of my fitness. The targeted exercises on his golf programme have improved both my flexibility and strength and have contributed towards increasing my distance and consistency. The advice on how to rehab my forearm (‘golfers elbow’) has also meant less pain following regular workouts and golf rounds. I’ve been training with Ben for 2 years now and I love it. He tailors everything to what I need be it golf, skiing or general lifestyle. It’s all done with a smile and encouragement but the results are there to be seen. Can’t recommend him enough.

I've been working with Ben for the past two months trying to not only get my swing speed up, but also get fitter and stronger. So far my driver speed has increased by 7mph, and I have broken several personal bests in the gym. Needless to say I'm extatic with my progress! I can’t thank and recommend Ben @ Tour Strength enough. He is incredibly passionate and dedicated to your improvement whatever your goal and whatever your level. I wanted to increase speed and reduce lower back pain, and through Ben's 1-1 training and following his personal plan for me I am hitting the ball further and feel stronger than ever!
