Andy is a great instructor, friendly, professional and a good laugh. This coupled with the modern bikes and great training area means that he has a great pass rate (I passed mod 1 & 2 first time) he doesn't charge you for more training than you need once he's assessed your ability and he trains you to a standard that makes the tests feel somewhat relaxed.
