  • I have been training with Dean for over 3 years. He is very reliable, easy going, and he changes up the routines to keep me motivated and out of my comfort zone! This was my first introduction to weight training and boxing, and I've come along way with Dean's support.

  • Fully supported training from Dean. He is full of encouragement with a great attitude. Makes training enjoyable and always at my own (slow) pace. I would recommend for any age or BMI 👍

  • Amazing personal trainer! Dean pushes you yet also listens to you. He understands what your strength and weakness is. He will find a way to improvise an exercise you find difficult. All in all a thumbs up for him.

  • I have been training with Dean for almost 3 years now, both PT sessions and 2x weekly Boot Camp. He is a great trainer and has helped me achieve many goals like running my first 5k. In general it has made me feel better about myself and I am definitely more fit that I have ever been. His sessions are fun, but really hard, he really makes you work for it.
