Due to some difficult health diagnosis last year, my main aim when working with Tobi was to improve my mental health, fitness and mainly, to feel strong. I wanted to be consistent and answerable and show a commitment that I haven’t before. Tobi has been fantastic to work with. He’s always encouraging, supportive and flexible. He has pushed me to be my best and I genuinely feel stronger and better both physically and mentally, than I have in many years.

Tobi's classes are always enjoyable and challenging! Although we may struggle at times to keep up, our fitness has improved since taking these classes and Tobi is always there to motivate you, provide encouragement and join in! Tobi ensures that there are alternatives to every exercise to be inclusive of all abilities. Tobi rectifies techniques to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout and prevent injury. Highly recommend!

Tobi has completely changed my relationship with the gym, I used to be scared to go and feel like I couldn't do anything or if I did I would look stupid, now I feel confident going in a training with him, I enjoy my morning sessions so much with him, it sets me up for the day and improves my mood exponentially. I have been training with Tobi for the past few months and it has entirely turned my gym experience around! He is friendly, professional, and fun to be around. I like how personalized his training programs are, he took the time to get to know me, my schedule, my goals and abilities before tailoring a program for me.
