Peter has trained me for over 18 months and in that time I have noticed significant changes in my body, ranging from overall fitness to toning and weight loss. Peter has trained me in a HITT style which has given fast results and has helped me strengthen my entire body in addition to improving my cardiovascular fitness levels. He is very professional and really listens to what clients want to achieve, and tailors each work out accordingly. I would highly recommend Peter.

Training with Peter really is transformational! When we met I was training solo to improve my posture (too many hours at a desk). He immediately saw my technique wasn’t great so showed me simple adjustments to make each exercise more effective - even things like press ups, which I’d no idea I’d been doing wrong for years. I never really appreciated the role of a personal trainer until Peter of Total Transformation became my personal trainer. I warmed to Peter’s positive energy and approach to my twice weekly sessions immediately. I’ve worked with a few personal trainers over the years but Peter is by far the best I’ve found. He took the time to understand my goals and learn what I enjoy/what keeps me motivated in the gym. Most importantly he delivered results and he’s a great guy too.

I have trained with Peter for 10 months to date, and I always enjoy our training sessions. He has introduced me to lifting weights and increasing strength and endurance, helping with functional daily fitness ability as well as long term goals. I am now more confident and competent in the gym. I would thoroughly recommend Peter, he really is a fantastic personal trainer.
