Good course. Friendly trainer. Very interactive so I didn't get bored. Lunch was nice also.

What a fantastic assertiveness course I've just attended from total success. Didn't realise how much you could learn in one day and I am really excited to try them out. What I really liked most were the way in which the role-plays were done in fun and encouraging way so I didn't feel stupid and that was one of my biggest fears. Will definitely book another.

Thanks to Warren for a great presentation course and thanks to Total Success for running this course as I was the only delegate there but they still went ahead as I had a presentation to give in two weeks time and they did not want to let me down. It was a great course but I was more impressed that they actually ran it with just a single delegate rather than cancelling at the last minute. Will definitely use Total Success for my future training needs. Thanks!
