Very disappointed with the company they came to care and look after my dad with dementia. It was the first and last time I wouldn't ever consider using them, they didn't returned my call. Only after sending email did they reply. asking how they can improve there service. So I hope this information helps staff and management do better. Don't let staff go to sleep while looking after people, and not to make FALSE invoice address, time and dates you didn't come on.

There is no praise high enough for what Total Healthcare have done, not only for dad but for our whole family.
