i was going to get my nails done by jemma clement and i was about to set off and i thought i would message ,when i messaged she told me that she has sold half of her stuff and can’t do them. she didn’t tell me and i had to message her about it.SHOCKING!

Trained with total when they were first founded and achieved so many qualifications over the years. Amazing staff and have become good professional friends of mine . Total are not just a training academy they offer full on going support after training and that is very hard to come by from anywhere else. There training is above and beyond with so much detail that I never expected in a short term course If I could give more stars I definitely would

Got my certificates on the same day on each course I trained in with total themselves, had to wait abit longer and chase up ones from another organisation they partnered with but got them eventually. Would reccomend this beauty academy and plan to go back for more training.
