I've been working with Szilard at TOS Fitness for more than 5 years now. I originally signed up to prepare for a 4-day Inca Trail hiking expedition, but I've stayed with him since. He is very knowledgeable, chilled out (while still pushing me) and has a great sense of humour!

I started training once a week with TOS Fitness about two months ago, and about 11 months after my son was born. I was instantly impressed by Szilard's knowledge, friendly personality, and attitude to training - he has pushed me but is always respectful of any concerns and takes the time to make sure I'm feeling confident and having fun! I've lost weight and gained strength, which were my goals, and I owe that to Szilard. I can't recommend TOS Fitness enough...I'm definitely hooked!

I've trained on and off with Szilard for a few years. He is a brilliant PT, always listens to what I want to achieve and makes the sessions varied each time. He's v knowledgable and I'm constantly pushed outside my comfort zone and above all, it's always fun! He's got such a positive energy and always makes you feel great!

Szilard is a great personal trainer and instructor! He is really personable, reliable, fun and easy-going. He tailors each session according to your needs and wishes, and is a source of continuous encouragement and advice. He really knows about how human bodies work, how to train your body and is outstanding at explaining how to get into the right form and posture to maximise the return you get from your exercise sessions with him and from group lessons as well! I would recommend Szilard to anyone. I’ve been training with him once a week for over a year now, and I love it! He listens to what I want to achieve, and adapts my training programme accordingly. I particularly wanted to build up strength, and with his help I’ve been able to achieve goals and lift weights I didn’t think were possible when I started!
