We also find the debt collection service helps hugely in both encouraging payment and also perusing bad debts using solicitors and the courts where necessary. Threatening letters based on a debt of £26.00 being owed and payment not made for 60 days which was an oversight. These companies harass and threaten without due diligence or clarification of debt. Any company that uses this type of company and its methods when dealing with small local businesses should be ashamed. My invoices have always been paid for 20 years and I will never use the company again if they repay loyal customers by using this disgraceful means to an end.
