They are not only friendly, and polite on the phone at first contact, but they are also Extremely Helpful and Knowledgeable about the training courses. Where do I begin? Upon arriving at the training centre I foolishly believed I was going to receive "TRAINING". It soon became apparent that this was not to be the case as Clive the trainer spent a lot of his time cracking very poor jokes when he really should have been concentrating on delivering the theory section of the so called "training".
